Welcome

We are excited to announce that the 4th Australasian Glycoscience Symposium and 9th Warren Workshop for Glycoanalytics will be jointly held at Sea World Resort, Gold Coast, Queensland 22 - 25 November 2022. This 4-day conference will celebrate the return of in-person conferences given that international and domestic travel is possible.

The joint meeting will be a unique opportunity to showcase the excellent glycoscience performed in the region and support the wider glycoscience and associated communities across the Australasian region and beyond. The conference, which we anticipate will attract 120-150 international and national delegates, will include an exciting line up of lectures and presentations from leading glycoscientists in Academia and Industry.

Designed to provide ample opportunities for networking as well as dedicated presentation slots for early-stage researchers this meeting will facilitate engagement with the community through posters, speed-lectures, and best poster/talk competitions.  This conference will also be the vehicle to formally establish the Australian Glycoscience Society (AGS), a new organisation established to promote and network across academia and industry and support young glycoscientists in Australia.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Gold Coast this November.
